Digital magazine Kakhara.com, operating from Rukum West, has also launched an English edition. On the occasion of entering the fifth year, Kakhara started the English version on Thursday. From now on, Kakhara will publish news and other content in English as well.
Media Pvt Ltd Chairman Dhan Bahadur Khadka 'Basant' informed that Kakhra, which is operated by MPC Media Pvt. Ltd., was earlier releasing content only in Nepali, but from today MPC has launched an English version targeting non-Nepali readers as well.
Until now, we have been publishing various materials in Nepali with Rukum as the focal point, he said-`the love of the readers is encouraging us to do better. From now on, our materials will be available in both Nepali and English languages.
He said that the English version was launched to introduce Nepal to the world, promote tourism, and bring local art culture to the world market. He believes that this will further help in the development of tourism.
"Suppose we prepare material about Rukum or any tourist place in Nepal and if the said material comes to the eyes of foreigners through us, it can help in promoting our tourism," he said.
Also, on the occasion of entering the fifth year, Kakhara has come in a new look. Chairman Khadka said that- Kakhara has come with a new cover than before and now the readers will get something new. He also said that now Kakhara will also improve the content presentation and more quality content will be released.
Kakahra, which started publishing on 1st Kartik(Ghatasthapana) 2077, has completed its fourth year of publication and started its fifth year on Thursday. Its head office is located in Musikot Municipality 1 Khalanga of Rukum West. Kakhara has especially given priority to local themes. It has also emphasized multimedia.
