A son has killed his own father in Rukum West. Bir Bahadur Khatri, aged around 19, of Gharikhola, Ward No. 10, Aathbiskot Municipality of the district, killed his father, aged around 50, Darbe Khatri, according to the Area Police Office, Aathbiskot, Radi.

It is said that Bir Bahadur killed him by stabbing him on Sunday evening. He is absconding. The police said that they are searching for him. The police are at the scene.
